1996. The second U-Site gathering of the year took place in Lärz and was their first on the airfield. Traces of its military use were still both visible and palpable as 700 friends and guests partied in fog, sun and rain. The tents were set up next to both dance floors and one hangar was set up as a chill-out zone. Both dance floors had a line-up guaranteed to get people moving with live acts including Psychic Warriors of Gaia (NL), Being (Scotland), and DJs Bimmel, Eule, Mahal, Marcus, Ralf Köster, SOS-DJ-Team and DJ Xavier from NL.
